1. About AnyTaskList

AnyTaskList is a free online checklist and productivity platform that allows users to create, manage, save, share, and export checklists.

Our current features may include:

• Creating text-based checklists
• Editing checklist items
• Saving checklist information
• Creating private checklists
• Creating publicly accessible checklists
• Sharing checklists through links
• Exporting checklists as PDFs
• Using administrator-created checklist templates
• Accessing the service through different devices

Features may change over time as AnyTaskList develops.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using AnyTaskList, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms.
• You understand these Terms.
• You agree to comply with these Terms.
• You will use AnyTaskList only for lawful purposes.
• You will not use AnyTaskList in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

If you are using AnyTaskList on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Eligibility

AnyTaskList is intended for users aged 13 and above. By using AnyTaskList, you represent that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement. You must not use AnyTaskList if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to use the service. If we become aware that a person under the applicable minimum age is using the service in violation of these Terms, we may take appropriate action, including restricting access.

4. No Account Required

AnyTaskList currently does not require users to create a traditional user account. You may use the service without providing a username, password, profile, registration email, or photograph.

Because there is currently no traditional user account system, certain account-management features such as account login, password recovery, and account deletion are not available.

5. Free Service

AnyTaskList is currently provided free of charge. We do not currently offer paid subscriptions, premium plans, paid checklist features, paid accounts, or in-app purchases.

We reserve the right to introduce paid features or plans in the future. If we introduce paid services, additional terms, pricing information, or subscription conditions may apply to those services.

6. Creating Checklists

AnyTaskList allows you to create text-based checklists. You are responsible for the content that you create, enter, save, or share through the service.

You should ensure that the information you place into a checklist is accurate where accuracy is important, does not violate another person's rights or applicable laws, does not contain information you lack permission to share, does not contain harmful material, and does not contain sensitive credentials.

7. Your Checklist Content

You retain ownership of original content that you create in AnyTaskList. AnyTaskList does not claim ownership of your original checklist content.

However, in order to provide the service, you grant AnyTaskList a limited, non-exclusive right to store, process, reproduce, transmit, display, and make available your checklist content as necessary to operate the features you choose to use (e.g. database storage, link sharing, and PDF generation).

8. Public and Private Checklists

Private Checklists: Intended to remain accessible only through the applicable private functionality provided by AnyTaskList.

Public Checklists: If you choose to make a checklist public, you understand that the checklist may be accessible to other people. Do not place confidential information into a checklist that you intend to make public.

9. Sharing Links

AnyTaskList may allow you to share a checklist using a URL or sharing link. Anyone who obtains a link may potentially be able to access the associated checklist depending on sharing settings.

You are responsible for how you distribute your checklist links and should not publicly distribute links containing confidential information.

10. Prohibited Content and Activities

You agree not to use AnyTaskList to create, store, transmit, publish, or share content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, is fraudulent or defamatory, promotes violence or unlawful discrimination, contains malware, attempts unauthorized access or scraping, spams users, or impersonates others.

11. Sensitive Information

AnyTaskList is a general-purpose productivity service. You should not use AnyTaskList as a secure repository for highly sensitive information such as passwords, banking credentials, credit card details, government IDs, or confidential medical records. Storing sensitive data is done at your own risk.

12. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your use of AnyTaskList, the checklists you create, the information you enter, the links you share, and ensuring your content complies with applicable law. AnyTaskList does not guarantee that all user-created content is accurate, appropriate, or safe.

13. Content Moderation and Removal

AnyTaskList may remove or restrict access to content, disable sharing links, or suspend access to features when we become aware of content or activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.

14. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The AnyTaskList website, branding, design, interface, logos, graphics, software, and original templates provided by AnyTaskList are owned by or licensed to AnyTaskList and protected under intellectual property laws.

15. Administrator-Created Templates

AnyTaskList may provide checklist templates created by the AnyTaskList administration as examples or starting points. AnyTaskList may modify, replace, or remove templates at any time.

16. PDF Export

AnyTaskList may provide a PDF export feature intended as a convenience. You are responsible for reviewing an exported PDF before using it for important purposes.

17. Advertising

AnyTaskList is supported in part through Google AdSense. Advertisements do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by AnyTaskList. You should independently evaluate offers or claims made in advertisements.

18. Third-Party Services

AnyTaskList uses third-party services including Hostinger (hosting), Google Analytics (analytics), and Google AdSense (advertising). Your use of third-party services is subject to those providers' terms and policies.

19. Privacy

Your use of AnyTaskList is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how it is used, and your privacy-related rights.

20. Website Availability

We aim to keep AnyTaskList available and functioning reliably, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible operation at all times.

21. Changes to the Service

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of AnyTaskList, its features, templates, or interface at any time.

22. No Guarantee of Data Preservation

You should not treat AnyTaskList as your sole backup for critical information. Technical failures or updates may result in data loss. Maintain your own backups for important data.

24. No Professional Advice

AnyTaskList is a general productivity tool. Information, templates, and checklists are not legal, medical, financial, tax, or safety advice. Obtain specialized professional advice where necessary.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnyTaskList and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

26. Your Responsibility for Claims

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, unlawful use, or infringement of another person's rights.

27. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict or suspend access to the service or features for violations of these Terms, security concerns, abuse, or legal requirements.

28. Effect of Termination

If access to AnyTaskList or a checklist is restricted, you may lose access to applicable information and shared links may stop working.

29. Third-Party Links and Services

AnyTaskList may link to external websites that we do not control. Your use of third-party websites is governed by their respective terms and policies.

30. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be indicated by the Last Updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms where permitted by law.

31. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these Terms or AnyTaskList will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

32. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

33. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

34. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement governing your use of AnyTaskList.
